At BuyMyRepo, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of digital content and instant access to private GitHub repositories, all sales are final once access has been granted. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered and the process for requesting a refund.
1. No Refunds for Granted Access
Once access to a private GitHub repository has been granted, we do not offer refunds. Customers are encouraged to review all repository information and details provided on the BuyMyRepo platform before completing their purchase.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization, you may request a refund.
- Access Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the repository after purchase, and these issues cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Misrepresentation: If the repository content is significantly different from the description provided on the BuyMyRepo platform, you may request a refund. This is subject to review and approval by our support team.
3. Discuss with Repository Owner
If the code you purchased does not work as expected or does not meet your requirements, we recommend that you first discuss the issue with the repository owner. Often, the repository owner can provide assistance or updates to resolve any problems you may encounter. Typically you can raise an issue within Github.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email our support team at support@buymyrepo.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your purchase details, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation or evidence.
- Investigation: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. The investigation process may take up to 10 business days.
- Decision: Once the investigation is complete, we will notify you of our decision via email. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may complicate the refund process.
